In September, I was invited as the special guest Artist to launch a new range of colour live on stage for the Italian company Opificio Emiliano, who produces professional hair colours and hair styling products.
The first thing I noticed was how everyone is very cautious about safety in this professional environment. PPE was worn at all times – indoors and out.
It was so interesting and exciting to be back doing what I love best for the first time since the end of the lockdown.
I flew to Bologna on Saturday morning and soon after landing I was preparing the colour makeover for my three models.
We then drove to Riccione – a very popular city on the Adriatic coast.
The event for the 50 salon owners – the company’s clients – was held outdoors in the gardens of the beautiful five-star Grand Hotel Des Bains, presenting three Summer Solstice inspired haircuts on the stage – our so successful a contemporary classics Spring Summer collection that look so amazing on the catwalk and on the street.
