Last Update: 25-May 2026These Terms of Service govern your use of the Andrew Jose Salon website and the services and products we offer. By booking an appointment, making a purchase, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
These terms are provided by Little Ember Limited, trading as Andrew Jose Salon (company number 08123023), registered at 20 Silvercliffe Gardens, Barnet, England, EN4 9QT. Our salon is located at No. 1 Charlotte Street, London W1T 1RB.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Appointments- Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone, by email, or in person. Booking notifications and reminders are sent by email or SMS, depending on the notification preferences in your Phorest account. Please note that bookings made via Fresha and Treatwell are also subject to their own terms and conditions.
- The chosen appointment time, stylist, and price are secured by paying the required deposit. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
Payments & Deposits
- If the incorrect service is booked, we reserve the right to charge any price difference. If you're unsure which service(s) to book, for the best experience we advise first coming in for a consultation.
- We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and online payment methods.
- Online transactions are processed securely by our bookings platform.
- New clients and clients with one or more no-shows on account are required to pay a deposit equivalent to 20% of the service(s) booked. If payment is not made within 24 hours of booking being placed, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
- Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the appointment.
- Deposits will be deducted from the final bill.
Cancellations & No-Shows- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled via your Phorest, Fresha, or Treatwell account, through our website, by phone, by email, or in person, provided a minimum of 24 hours' notice is given.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 100% of the service cost. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be charged in full.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
- A late arrival does not reduce the charge for the service booked.
Andrew Jose Salon Shop
- Products purchased through the Andrew Jose Salon shop may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. In particular, you retain the right to a refund for faulty or misdescribed goods regardless of whether the product has been opened.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They may be redeemed against any service or product unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Pricing
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT, where applicable.
- Prices may vary depending on service complexity and/or stylist seniority.
Health & Safety
- Clients may be asked to complete a consultation form prior to certain appointment types.
- Please notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment.
- A patch test is required at least 48 hours in advance for colour services, especially for new clients or if 6 months or more have passed since your last test with us.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse colour services without a valid patch test on file.
- Clients are responsible for providing us with complete information about their hair history, including details about previous colour treatments and the overall condition of their hair.
Feedback & Complaints
- We welcome feedback – any concerns or complaints should be directed to our Salon Director within 48 hours of your appointment.
- Where a legitimate concern is raised, we will offer a correction or adjustment at no additional cost, at our discretion.
Personal Belongings
- Andrew Jose Salon takes reasonable care of the salon environment, but cannot accept liability for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
Amendments
- Andrew Jose Salon reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
